3. Shipping Charges
a. Free nationwide shipping is offered on eligible orders within Pakistan (if applicable to your store).
b. Certain items, locations, or special handling requests may incur additional shipping charges, which will be clearly displayed at checkout.
4. International Shipping
a. International shipping may be available to selected destinations.
b. Shipping charges for international orders vary based on destination, package weight, and shipping method.
c. Any customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the customer.
d. International delivery timelines may vary due to customs clearance procedures.
5. Order Tracking
a. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email or WhatsApp.
b. Tracking details will be shared so you can monitor your shipment.
c. Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to become active in the courier’s system.
6. Estimated Delivery Time
a. Standard delivery within Pakistan usually takes 3–7 business days, depending on your city and location.
b. Deliveries to remote or rural areas may take longer.

7. Shipping Address Responsibility
a. Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping details at checkout.

8. Undeliverable or Returned Shipments

9. Missing or Damaged Orders

10. Returns & Shipping-Related Deductions (Important Notice)
Returns and exchanges are allowed within 30 days of delivery, subject to eligibility.
If a return is requested, a fixed return handling fee of PKR 750 (inclusive of 4% government tax) will be deducted from the total order amount.
After deducting PKR 750 (including 4% government tax), the remaining balance will be refunded to the customer.

Important Parcel Return Notice
If a customer chooses to return an order, all return-related costs will be borne by the customer. A fixed return handling fee of PKR 750 (inclusive of 4% government tax) will be deducted from the total order amount.
After deducting PKR 750 (including 4% government tax), the remaining balance will be refunded to the customer using the original payment method.
