Refund policy

Thank you for shopping with RangDe.pk. Customer satisfaction is important to us, and we strive to provide a smooth shopping experience. Please read this Return & Refund Policy carefully to understand how returns, exchanges, and refunds are handled.

1. Return & Exchange Eligibility

a. Customers may request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving their order.
b. To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must:

  • Be unused, unworn, and unwashed

  • Be in original condition as received

  • Have all original tags, labels, and packaging intact

  • Be accompanied by the original invoice or proof of purchase

Items that do not meet these conditions may be rejected.

2. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Innerwear or intimate items (for hygiene reasons)

  • Customized or personalized products

  • Items marked as “Sale,” “Clearance,” or “Final Sale”

  • Accessories or add-on items (if specified on the product page)

3. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

To request a return or exchange:

a. Contact us within 30 days of delivery at:

b. Provide the following details:

  • Order number

  • Product name(s)

  • Reason for return or exchange

c. Our support team will review your request and share:

  • Return authorization

  • Return address

  • Return instructions

d. Securely pack the item in its original packaging and include the invoice.
e. Ship the item back as per the provided instructions.

📌 Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the item is defective or incorrect.

4. Return Deductions & Refund Calculation (Important)

If you choose to return an item, the following deduction will apply:

  • PKR 750 will be deducted as a return handling & processing fee (inclusive of 4% government tax).

After deducting PKR 750 (including 4% government tax), the remaining balance will be refunded to the customer using the original payment method.

Example

Order Total: PKR 10,000

  • PKR 750 (Return Fee – tax included)

Total Deduction: PKR 750
Refund Amount: PKR 9,250

5. Inspection & Refund Processing

a. Once the returned item is received, it will be inspected by our team.
b. If approved, the refund will be issued via the original payment method.
c. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
d. If the item fails inspection, it will be returned to you at your expense.

6. Exchange Policy

a. Exchanges are allowed within 30 days, subject to product availability.
b. If the replacement item has a price difference:

  • Customers must pay the additional amount, or

  • Receive a partial refund (after deductions, if applicable)
    c. Exchange shipping costs may apply.

7. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect:

a. Notify us within 24–48 hours of delivery.
b. Provide clear photos or video evidence of:

  • The product

  • Packaging

  • Invoice

c. Upon verification, we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.

8. Order Cancellation

a. Orders may only be canceled before dispatch.
b. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled and will be treated as a return (return deductions will apply).

9. Refund Method

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) refunds may be processed via bank transfer or store credit (if applicable).

10. Policy Updates

RangDe.pk reserves the right to update or modify this Return & Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page.

Important Parcel Return Notice

If a customer chooses to return an order, all return-related costs will be borne by the customer. A fixed return handling fee of PKR 750 (inclusive of 4% government tax) will be deducted from the total order amount.

After deducting PKR 750 (including 4% government tax), the remaining balance will be refunded to the customer using the original payment method.
